We are currently hiring for the following positions.

Job Title: Art Director (Sales & Planning for Package Design)
Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent)
Job Description:
  • You will work closely with our creative team to propose package designs tailored to client needs, primarily targeting new clients in the Tokyo area.
  • Most leads come from existing client referrals, direct inquiries, or marketing campaigns—cold calling is not required.
  • This is a rewarding role where your ideas directly influence products that reach consumers.

  • Meiji / Kinoko no Yama & Takenoko no Sato
  • S&B / Cheese Fondue
  • Megmilk Snow Brand / Brown Rice Crackers for Cheese
  • Nissin Cisco / Nuts Rich Granola …and many more.
Qualifications:
  • Practical experience as a designer (proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop required)
  • Experience in client-facing roles in sales or similar fields

Location: 3F, 4-6-9 Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo
Salary: To be determined based on skills and experience
Working Hours: Flextime system (Core hours: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
Holidays & Leave: Two days off per week (Saturday and Sunday) plus national holidays Paid annual leave Special leave (e.g., marriage, bereavement)
Work Visa Support: Yes, we offer support for obtaining or renewing work visas for qualified candidates.
Language Used in the Workplace: Mainly Japanese. Basic English is occasionally used in design-related materials.
Japanese Language Requirement: Business-level Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher) is required for effective communication with clients and internal teams.
